What are Fybogel Fibre Chews?
Fybogel Fibre Chews relieve constipation and maintain regularity. Fybogel fibre chews are citrus-flavoured chewable tablets that contain soluble fibre which retains water and may help to bulk-up stools, making them easier to pass.

Additional information for constipation sufferers:
Fybogel can be used to treat constipation or soften stools making them easier to pass if you're suffering from piles. This bulk forming laxative can take up to three days to show an effect. It naturally stimulates the bowel when it increases in volume in the bowel helping the body to push the stool through the digestive tract. It is safe for pregnancy and breast-feeding because it is not absorbed in to the body - Fybogel can be used with confidence.
Fybogel Fibre Chews dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
Take three tablets in the morning, and three tablets in the evening. Do not take more than a total of six tablets per day.
The tablets should be chewed or allowed to dissolve in the mouth. After taking the tablets, it is possible to drink water or other drinks (e.g. fruit juice).Fybogel Fibre Chews ingredients
The active ingredient contained in Fybogel Fibre Chews is: Fibersol®-2 soluble fibre (1 g/tablet)
The other inactive ingredients are:Sorbitol, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, citric acid, corn starch, citrus flavor, silicon dioxide, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, aspartame.
Fybogel Fibre Chews dosage
This product may cause abdominal swelling, flatulence, and in case of excessive doses, diarrhea.
Compliance with the instructions for use reduces the likelihood of occurrence.
Fybogel Fibre Chews warnings
Reading the following warnings carefully will help to ensure you are selecting an appropriate product.
If you are allergic to the ingredients or if you are suffering from bowel blockage or muscle weakness of the bowel wall, avoid taking Fybogel.This product is sweetened with aspartame-containing a source of phenylalanine that can be harmful to individuals with phenylketonuria. You should therefore avoid taking Fybogel, if you have phenylketonuria.
Consult your doctor for use during pregnancy and lactation.
