About Kalms Night Sleep Aid Tablets
What are Kalms Night Sleep Aid Tablets and how do they work?
Kalms Night works through its active ingredient, valerian root, and is used to calm you before bed, helping you drift off to a long and restful night’s sleep.
Kalms Night does not make you feel drowsy the morning after use.
Valerian root is believed to aid sleep by promoting relaxation and calmness. It contains compounds such as valerenic acid and valerenol, which are thought to have sedative properties. These compounds may interact with receptors in the brain involved in sleep regulation, helping to induce relaxation and facilitate sleep.
