Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

 1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all promotional offers (“Promotion”) offered by The Independent Pharmacy (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to offers communicated via email, affiliate partners, paid advertising, ATL, BTL or other online channels.

 1.2. By participating in the Promotion, customers (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

 2.1. Promotions are valid for online purchases only at theindependentpharmacy.co.uk.

 2.2. Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

 2.3. Promotions cannot be used by business customers or resellers.

3. Promotion Details

 3.1. Where applicable, the Promotion may be subject to a minimum spend requirement. This minimum spend will be specified in the relevant promotional communication and must be met in a single transaction on eligible items, excluding delivery charges, for the discount to apply.

 3.2. The nature and value of the Promotion (including fixed amount or percentage reductions) will be as specified in the relevant promotional communication and will apply only to eligible items in your basket.

 3.3. The saving is applied to the subtotal of eligible items before delivery charges are added.

 3.4. The Promotion may be applied via a promotional code entered at checkout or automatically, as specified in the relevant promotional communication.

4. Exclusions

 4.1. The following items are excluded from the Promotion (unless otherwise stated):

a. Controlled drugs or items restricted by law;

b. Gift cards, postage and delivery charges;

c. Any product lines explicitly marked as “excluded from promotions.”

 4.2. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, bundle, cashback, or voucher unless expressly stated.

5. Limits and Restrictions

 5.1. One use per customer per promotional period unless stated otherwise.

 5.2. The Promotion is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no cash alternative.

 5.3. If you amend your order and it no longer meets the minimum spend, the discount will be removed.

6. Returns and Refunds

 6.1. If you return items purchased using the Promotion, any refund will reflect the discounted price actually paid.

 6.2. If a return brings your order value below the specified minimum spend, we reserve the right to reclaim the discount amount from any refund due.

 6.3. Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded unless defective, in line with UK legislation.

7. Duration and Availability

 7.1. Each Promotion is valid only for the period specified in the relevant promotional communication or until withdrawn by us, whichever occurs first.

 7.2. Where no specific end date is stated, the Promotion will remain valid until withdrawn, amended, or replaced by us at our discretion.

 7.3. We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

 7.4. All products are offered subject to availability.

8. Fraud and Misuse

 8.1. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse the Promotion where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

 8.2. We may withhold or remove the Promotion if technical issues, erroneous pricing, or system misuse occurs.

9. Liability

 9.1. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

 9.2. We are not responsible for technical failures, website outages, or other events outside our control that prevent participation in the Promotion.

10. Governing Law

 10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 10.2. Any disputes relating to the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
