Berocca Boost can be taken every day throughout the year, but should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet.
Not recommended for children, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (contains 75mg of caffeine per tablet).
Not suitable for people with kidney problems.
Keep product and empty tube out of the sight and reach of young children.
Do not store above 25°C, keep the tube tightly closed.

Simply drop one tablet into a glass of water and wait for it to stop fizzing. This will mean that the tablet is fully mixed in with the water.
