Anhydrous lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, stearic acid and silicon dioxide

The following side effects of Nytol One-A-Night caplets are common (may affect up to 1 in 10 people):

Drowsiness, tiredness, dizziness, dry mouth, unsteadiness, reduced attention.
